Though tasked with varying and sometimes disparate responsibilities, the CEO and executive team oversee a team of over 40 leaders within the company. This group of leaders understands the vision and importance of the customer, and works together toward a common purpose—to carry on their predecessors’ legacy of excellence and growth. This is why they meet and communicate regularly to ensure fluid communications and operations for the benefit of our customers.
Bruce leads the Haines Executive Team, coordinates all company operations, leads the company’s strategy, and is a Director on the Haines Board.
Scott provides leadership for Haines’ sales activities in “the north” (DE, MD, NC, NJ, PA, TN, VA), marketing efforts for the company’s partnership with Armstrong, and Haines’ Customer Service team.
Fred develops and executes Haines’ operations strategy and is responsible for the development of the company’s non-traditional product portfolio.
Rosana provides leadership for Haines’ sales activities in “the south” (AL, GA, SC), and Wheeler – FL, marketing efforts for all of the company’s supplier partners except Armstrong, and the company’s Procurement and Inventory team.
John develops and executes the company's financial, credit, and IT objectives and holds a strong business development role within the company.
