Rosana provides leadership for Haines’ sales activities in “the south” (AL, GA, SC), and Wheeler – FL, marketing efforts for all of the company’s supplier partners except Armstrong, and the company’s Procurement and Inventory team.

Rosana joined Haines as the Chief Information Officer in 2002. She was appointed to the position of Vice President, Supply Chain, in 2005. After Haines acquired the Wheeler company, Rosana was appointed GM for Wheeler.  With the consolidation of the Haines and Wheeler companies, in 2012, Rosana was appointed to her current position of Vice President of Sales & Marketing and Procurement.

Prior to joining Haines, she held positions of increasing responsibility in operations and Information Technology at Florstar Sales, Inc. from 1987 through 2002 and rose to the title of Corporate Operations and Information Technology Director.

Rosana is a graduate of both the University of Phoenix and the University of Maryland graduate school. She holds an MBA in Business Administration and a BS in Business Management.  She serves on the board of Diversity Leadership Institute in Columbia, MD, and the board of the North American Association of Floor Covering Distributors (NAFCD). Rosana and her family reside in Annapolis, MD.
